Monday, sept 10. Evening

We arrived at Palaiochors this afternoon, couldn't do any kayaking, so thought I might test the Lybian Sea, but didn't get more than my feet wet.  The wind was blowing so hard, it was like getting a free face blasting.  Hurt.  So checked out the town, bought a deck of cards and a bottle of wine and spent the evening playing gin with Susan.  It was fun, laughed and listened to music on my iPad, including more Momma Mia, after all we are in Greece.  Tomorrow we do a hike that takes us further East on the island.  We'll spend the night in a new location.
